This work visually captures the journey of attaining emotional harmony, charting the path where chaotic inner feelings settle into a state of profound peace. The central, turbulent wave of deep mauve and copper symbolizes the raw intensity of our complex emotions, anchored and softened by soothing washes of moss green and pristine white. This artwork reminds us that true equilibrium is not the absence of intense emotion, but the gentle space we create to hold it. Conceptualized and delivered to a private collector in Germany
The Blue Batik Series reimagines classic dye traditions through modern fluid art, featuring bold indigo washes that capture the organic movement of water on fabric. Layered over these dynamic currents are delicate warm lotus blossoms and fine metallic gold botanicals, creating a striking contrast between raw intensity and structured grace. Ultimately, the triptych celebrates the serene balance between fluid spontaneity and grounded visual harmony. This concept was created and realized for a Singapore based exhibition and now they belong to a private collector in Germany.
The Threads of Echoes collection explores the continuity of memory and movement across strong visual divides, using a single sweeping brushstroke to bridge split fields of light and shadow. The textured, ribbon-like gesture moves fluidly across bold monochrome color blocks, highlighting how dualities are not separate spaces, but interconnected landscapes bound by a single, lingering frequency. This concept was conceived as a part of the minimalist series that the client wanted, depicting their connection to each other, through the threads of echoes.
Heirloom explores the idea of generational connection, portraying how history, wisdom, and love are passed down like a tightly woven tapestry across time. At its center, luminous intertwined spirals of gold, cream, and ice blue rise like braided silk, capturing the delicate yet unbreakable bonds that link our past to our present. These deep, quiet indigo tones, captures the cherished memories and intangible treasures the private collector wanted to carry forward.
Fly High captures the essence of liberation and aspiration, with bold brushstrokes in a swirling tapestry of cobalt and deep emerald teal representing the vast sky and the winds of potential. The central black, white, and gold-flecked feather serves as a powerful symbol of rising above, guided by a singular gold thread of purpose and resilience. With this piece the collector wants to embrace the freedom of movement and be a constant reminder to fly towards their highest dreams, metaphorically.
